I have a 15 Ultra and the issue I have is with Network Acceleration > Dual band Wi-Fi speed boost. When it is on, wi-fi calling drops out. When it is off it is fine. What is annoying is that it won't stay off and sometimes switches itself on. Might be your issue, might not, but worth a try.
