    Yes same here, let the phone ring 3 times *before* answering is the only work around I know at the moment when using MIUI. This also happens with the original rom too; I can hear but there is an echo. when using ICS 4.0.3

    New Ringtone rings only once

    Confirmed fixed, helped a friend repair. :D Note.: There are copies of Miui circulating the web. Only use official MIUI :D
