    remember to wipe data/factory reset and wipe cache if it's your first install

    Updating to new version_Desire

    just choose to install zip from sd card, the file is located in downloaded_rom folder or something like that I'm having problems with my Desire though as it always gets stuck on HTC splash screen after update and then I have to do those resets to get it to work
