Mi 9, couldn't boot but now I can. What I did: Flashed global stable 11.0.3.0 via MiFlash Flashed 3.3.1-62 TWRP Flashed ROM -> Couldnt boot here Format data in twrp -> this is what you have to do (no wipe data, format data)
