How to remove orange "APP" text in lower right corner of app icons

Hello I am loving this ROM but I find it weird that every downloaded app has an orange text that says "APP" in the lower right corner of the apps icon. I find it so unnecessary since I know that this is an app, what could it else be? Does anyone know how to disable this overlay?
