    MIUI ROM 2.8.10

    Got the same problem on incredible s i found a solution on xda for it. Extract a stock ics rom and take these files from system/lib libhtc_ril.so and libril.so give permisson with ex. root explorer and copy and paste these to system/lib. Worked for me hope it helps :)
