The 8.1.1.0 version has an Bluetooth bug that removes all of your paired devices. It happens to me and also others had posted the same thing on the official MIUI forum.

This bug exists. Others have already reported it on the MIUI forum. And the ROM is removed from the download page.

Try this: go to Access Point Names (APN) for your SIM card and check to see if the proxy has value. If it has try removing it.

I've got the best battery life from version 7.3.4.0. And the version itself was very stable. I've only had one bug: After removing my phone from charger, it would stay awake 100%... but I have noticed this also on 7.5.6.0. So maybe the problem is in some app... still trying to figure it out...
