New Always "Incorrect PIN code"

Hi, today i updated my galaxy nexus on 4.2.2 - MIUI 3.7.5, and when my phone ask me for PIN code, i entered correctly but it always show "Incorrect PIN Code". Even when i entered more than 3 times "Incorrect PIN Code", it didn't want the PUK code, and continue to displayed the same "Incorrect...
