Not possible. You can flash older recovery through Fastboot, but the result is the same - stuck on recovery boot logo and you can do nothing. No ROM installation or full boot is possible.

Is there a way to reflash and boot the Mi 8 SE without losing data? It's currently on recovery screen (Pitch Black TWRP 3.3.1) and not booting further.
