It doesn't work like that. The charger can deliver 2A, but that doesn't mean the phone will 'require' or 'pull' 2A. Just try the 2A charger and see whether it makes a difference ;)

No they don't, that's the beauty of blue-tooth. When pheripherals need dongles it's most likely radio-wave or infrared hardware.
