Have you applied too many themes in the mix and match section? Try just one theme and restart the phone. If it runs smoother you can add some more mix and match themes. Worked for me.

UPDATE/EDIT: Cons/Negatives: Vibration too weak, missed a few calls with phone vibrating in my pocket. This is pretty significant as I heavily rely on vibration/silent mode
