[question] 4.4.2 AOKP Nexus 4 port

I got AOKP 4.4.2 running already, although it is not ready for everyone yet. Mic is not yet working and still a lot of AOKP features are being worked on. It is close to AOSP at this point. It is pretty smooth however. :D

    [ROM][JB][4.3][2013-12-29] CyanogenMod 10.2

Thanks M1cha, for your work on the open source kernel. I'm still kinda dissappointed in Xiaomi for not releasing the sources themselves. ROM is running fine here on my Mi2. Could you build AOKP too or would that require a lot of changes? If thats the case then nevermind, I'm already happy we...

    [ROM] AOKP for Mi2

For me batterylife isn't really a problem, I easily get one to one and a half day before I need to recharge. It all depends on how you use your phone. I don't play a lot of games, rarely use GPS and I'm (almost) always connected to Wi-Fi. I call maybe 10 minutes a day and use my phone for...

    [ROM] AOKP for Mi2

Haven't found any bugs so far, seems pretty stable too. About battery life: can't say anything about that yet. EDIT: bug with sound getting muted after 3 seconds of recording video is still there. I thought that was fixed? Maybe Android 4.3 only? Some benchmarks: Antutu (21475 points)...

    [ROM] AOKP for Mi2

For some reason my LED stays red while charging, instead of blinking yellow and staying green while charged. Are there more people having this problem?

    [ROM] AOKP for Mi2

Will I be able to flash this new build on top of my current one (version from July 22nd), or do I need to backup, wipe and reflash?

    NEED HELP!!!

Did you install the driver from Xiaomi? If not, you can manually install these: http://bigota.d.miui.com/tools/xiaomi_usb_driver.rar Download and extract the .rar file. Go to device manager, select the android device with the yellow triangle and install driver. Restart your computer and try...

    Go back to factory release

You need to start in fastboot mode. To do this you press Volume Down+Power when the phone is off. Release the buttons when you see the fastboot picture. After that press the reload button in MiFlash and it should work. :)

    [ROM] AOKP for Mi2

Yeah I tested it earlier, and I heard sound. The quality is not as great as with MIUI yet but it worked for me. Hope it does for you aswell! I would advice to use TrueDualBoot if you haven't enabled it already(make a backup of your data first, enabling TrueDualBoot will wipe your data), so you...

    [ROM] AOKP for Mi2

I had the same issue. It's the reason I switched back to MIUI. The ROM is great, very smooth & battery efficient, however not being able to call is a big problem for me. PS: It's not just AOKP. The CM version from cofface has the same problem for me. EDIT: I don't know if important, but my...

    Notification delay

I have the same problem with my Mi2. I tried every possible ROM(MIUI,WIUI,stock) and a lot of versions of those ROMS, but no fix. I think there is no software fix, I guess it's a hardware/firmware problem. @gmail delay: MIUI has a delay of 15 minutes for Gmail, you can't make the delay...

    New 3.3.22 problem with calendar

I have the same problem(also in the Dutch language). When I try to make an appointment the calendar crashes. It works great using English(UK) so I think the problem is in the Dutch translation files. I have made a log using WiFI ADB since I can't get adb to work using USB.
