Fake MI2's (Where to buy real ones?)

Sorry if this question has been answered, but is anyone using the MI2 in the US? From what I understand I'll only be able to get HSPA+ on AT&T ( bands 850 and 1900 are officially supported for the MI2). I own a Nexus 4, and it has the same radio chipset as the MI2. I'm currently on T-Mobile...
