    how to logcat if the rom doesn't even boot up. It doesn't recognize the device in adb.

    same here. No boot animation, only black screen and the button light is on. Only flashed the ROM, no gapps or multi lang. While flashing it says smth like: Formating system not formate system I don't know if thats normal.
