New (BUG) v3.5.10 HTC Sensation Banking App

ok i updated to the new 3.5.10 miui rom and now several apps wont install back to my device, most notably my natwest banking app, when i try to install it states that there is a 'Missing Shared Library', anyone else found this or any suggestions?
