Received my Mix3 yesterday, so unlock will be next sunday (waiting time 72 hours). The ROM is there, but no TWRP found yet. Hopefully this will be released within a couple of days. Has anyone find a solution to flash the eu rom yet?

After this update, my battery usage is much better.

For all mix2 users, this rom finally looks great. No battery drain so far: 0% after 2hours idle.
