I'm ditching my Mi2S because of this defect. I cannot live with it anymore. Lately I'm experiencing a loss off touch sensitivity as well as ghost touches. Too bad, the phone is pretty awesome otherwise.

I recognise the Netflix issue. In my case, playback returns to normal after I touch the progress slide of the player. Try it.

Do you have pocket mode enabled?

Never mind, a fresh install was needed. By the way, reverting back to dalvik also resolved Netflix playback.

Anyone having trouble accessing their Facebook contacts? For me they do not show up in the contacts list on the phone and the Facebook app itself freezes when trying to select a contact from the list

Broken Netflix playback bugs the hell out of me. I reported the bug but they rejected the report for some reason

I use the very similar 'Flats' theme. It has no such bug.

The release version is super smooth and problem free. It's smoother than the versions preceding it. No experience with later builds.

These is a very nice review in German on YouTube comparing the mi2s variants. The section comparing the cameras clearly shows the low light superiority of the 8mp camera module. It's not primarily due to the aperture difference but mainly due to the fact that packing less megapixels on the same...

For what it is worth, I replaced the 13mp camera in my 32gb mi2s with a 8mp module from a 16gb mi2s. It's low light performance is much better.

Battery is actually quite ok for me on Carbon. After 9,5 hours I still have 77% left with 35 mins screen time. It seems to me that deep sleep works fine. I am using art runtime

Love carbon so far. It seems a bit more mature than pacman. Netflix works with this one while on pac it would crash. The performance options now stick while on pac it was a crap shoot whether msm-dcvs would still work after a reboot and if it did, at what frequency.

I must say that the pacman rom is the smoothest I have tried so far with a battery life that is on par with mokee. Very impressed. Stability is ok too. Had a few ghost touches two days ago but none since.

Dsp manager crashes for me too. I disabled it and installed viper4android, which works fine.
