New Contacts missing in Contacts app

Call Volume too Loud
I own the Tegra4 version of the Mi3 and I find the call volume too loud. The lowest setting still is pretty loud on the ear and it's the same when using the loudspeaker. Is there any way I can adjust this?- Mayonezo
