I looked xda for your device and issue, they warn about flashing modems/radios etc. Flashing these would make your device unusable. I hope you can find a solution, I'll share if I can find usable info...

Mostly en.miui.com's roms are not multi. Only English (US) and Chinese...

I think only kernel or modified cpu settings would harm mainboard. OS is not capable to harm...

Hi, I'm using greenify with MIUI v3.12.13 on my Desire S. My device have 768mb ram and free ram usually between 160-280mb even Whatsapp, TouchPal X,Play services and some other apps not hibernated.

Unfortunately still not fixed. Also now 3rd party web browser (was using Dolphin) is not working anymore in 3.12.13 too. Not fixed, became worst.

Many connectivity problem cause by hosts file. You should edit it by using file explorer. File path is /etc/hosts

That problem exists since older versions and still not fixed. I edited all my contacts, add country prefix to all numbers...

Hosts file cause that problem. Use a file explorer like Es File Manager or root explorer to edit /etc/hosts file. Clear all IP's except 127.0.0.1 localhost.

Problem continue in new version 3.12.13. I like MIUI browser and don't wanna install another one. waitin for fix...

I'll try factory reset. I installed after full wipe but I'll try factory reset. I'll inform you about issue. EDIT: Factory reset didn't help. Random reboots contiue. I can reproduce reboots by installing apps from play store. Reboot occurs while installing app which downloaded by play store...

In version 3.11.29 some photo albums shown double. When pressing long on one of double album, both of them get selected. Checked file system and there isn't any duplicate albums...
