boot on power up

HI, I need my phone automatically turn on when it starts charging. This post did not helped me but I might be doing something wrong https://forum.xda-developers.com/t/autoboot-autoturnon-autostart-on-power-ac-plug-please-help.3746798/ command "fastboot oem off-mode-charge 0" does not work for me.
