call waiting

Hello, I have entered *43# and restarted but when I go to Settings-Call Settings-Call Waiting, the toggle is greyed out. Is this a bug? Mobile provider have confirmed that they do provide call waiting on their network (Lebara UK). It's a while since I last thought about using call waiting...
