disable absolute volume

"disable absolute volume" Does not exist in note 11 pro MIUI 14.... Please help

Hello all my BT headphones started playing low volume. i am on MIUI 14.0.1 phone is redmi note 11 pro. It said to turn off "disable absolute volume" but that option doesn't exist in newer version of MIUI, I've looked in developer options, sound options, bluetooth options, literally everywhere...
