in call full contact photo bug

I know this is a known bug but here are the steps i did in order to get a temporary Incall Full contact picture ONCE. -wipe cache and data from InCallUI.apk -Wipe cache from Contacts and dialer.apk It works once after wiping cache and then goes back to not showing. Maybe this could be a clue...
