mi note pro; exchange

Hi, since i have done à reste factory on mi note pro, i can't configuré again an account exchange. Always login/password error. That work on third part app mail like outlook or blue mail. Do you know if that Will be solve in future Rom or in since which Rom that work before? Thank for tour help
