    New Twrp Not Booting Up (mi4c)

    So....I installed ADB drivers,flashed TWRP and it worked.Then I typed in the command window fastboot reboot and held volume up. But nothing happened...I tried to wait longer but it won't boot up TWRP.It gets stuck at the MIUI boot screen.
