Hello, I would like to update MIUI 13.0.8 to 13.0.9 I specify that I'm on Android 12 so I'm not twrp. so to update I am obliged to go through my computer and except that on the archive of update 13.0.9 the file windows_fastboot_update_rom.bat is not there while on the 13.0.8 update it was there...
