    File managers can't access LAN shares

    Simply put, any smartphone I've tried with multiple file managers can access my own LAN shares (PC folders) over WiFi, but not my phone with ANY file manager. If I put an exact IP address of the PC/share I want the file manager to connect, then it works. Something is preventing this specific...
