popup annoying

I'm encountering an annoying bug after last month updates on my 11 pro that shows unskippable notifications popups in the lower screen area. These little bastards are so cruel they don't leave you push the buttons of the keyboard under popup figure. How can i disable them?

Hey guys and gals, could someone please tell me how to get rid of this re-occuring popup that wants me to install apps? It's "normal" google apps, but not sure. What causes it? Can i get rid of it somehow? It pops up for various apps ever few days. It looks like this (please remove linebreak...
