problem sound audio mic display change

Hello, after my Display cracked, ich replaced it with a new one. Now the Display works fine, but the Sound is not working. When i play a video the player crashes, when i try to call someone the Laucher crashes, not Sound working at all - even when i connect to a Bluetooth Speaker nothing works...
