videocalls

Hi all Our children's school have changed to internet based phone lines and now when they call me it doesn't connect then shows up on my Xiaomi 12t as missed video calls How can I rectify this? as having 2 kids with additional needs the school calls me a lot Tia

Hello, i have mi 12t pro mobile and some time now i have problem when i make videocalls , i tried messenger,instagram & viber all the same problem. When using wifi connection all the time the videocall freeze. When i turn on mobile data everything works fine... I tried make reset on fuction...
