11T Pro Can't get past Google setup

So I downloaded the fastboot stable ROM for the 11T Pro that previously had a Global ROM. And when the phone rebooted, I can't get past the setup because it keeps saying "Couldn't sign in. There was a problem communicating with Google servers. Try again later."

I used mobile data, used wifi, tried doing it offline, nothing worked, and I'm really hoping I didn't brick or softlock my phone or anything.
