Invalid [21.3.18] [Mi 9T Pro] 2nd SIM-Card indicator is appeared after reboot if it was disabled before

The second SIM-Card network indicator is appeared in notification tray in "no network" state after reboot if it was disabled before reboot. Switching the SIM-Card on and off back will hide it as it should be.
