Invalid [21.3.3][Mi 9T Pro] Memory cleaner bug

After using phone around a day and a lot of apps was opened while using (>10 or 15 apps) the Memory cleaner function called with a "swipe up and hold" (wasn't tried from a Security center app) can not clean all the apps at once. The few apps are still present if to call the Memory cleaner again and again (1 or 2 will appear in the list). Need to clean memory around 3-4 times to unload all the apps.

Will upload video when will run it again.

Issue still present in at least 3 last releases of a ROM

I see this behaviour too on my Mi 9T

I swipe up - I can see multiple apps, so I click the (x) to close them all.
I swipe up again - more apps have appeared, that weren't visible previously. So I close them too.
I swipe up again - even more apps. I close them too.

And it carries on.

It's not a big issue, but an unusual one.
