5G Battery Saver cannot be turned off

Hello,

I am running into a problem regarding with my Mi 11 Pro (mars) on xiaomi.eu 13.0.13.
One day my phone recommended to save battery by turning on the 5G battery saver and now it is always turned on and greyed out. I tried turning off mobile data and restarting the phone, but the switch stays on for good.

Is there a way to solve the issue?

Fixed the problem
I went to Sim card settings > Preferred network type > Prefer 5G and then the switch worked back again.
