New 6.12.8 Camera Stopped Working!

I just wanted to report this huge bug. You can't record videos anymore on Mi5 with new ROM. Many people have this problem.

I have the same problrm.
If I reproduce an older video, all is ok
But when I record a new video (whatsapp, camera app,...) and try to reproduce it, the image is full freeze.

I tried to restart the phone but the problem persist.

I rebooted the system and it works but audio doesn't match video. I got back to 6.11.10
