8.6.28. notification sound bug

I have a problem with the current version.
If I set all controls to the lowest level, no sound appears on the first notification.

However, if I receive more than one message in a row, the notification tone comes for each consecutive message.
Does anyone else have this problem or a solution?

I didn't understand well the problem.
Sometimes I experience sound notification even in silent mode, maybe it's the same you said. Happens sometimes; if vibration is on, doesn't happen.
