New [9.1.3][vince] Screen unlock delay

Using 9.1.3 on Redmi 5 Plus, when unlocking screen there's a 3-5 second black screen, you can only see (and use too!) the notification bar. Happens every time, time spent unlocked doesn't matter.

I'm using the same device with the same ROM (Redmi 5 Plus - Xiaomi.eu 9.1.3) and the ROM is running perfectly with no issues or bugs
Try a clean flash

Did a clean flash(factory reset, wipe data, install rom, wipe dalvik/cache), bug still persists.

Just installed the global stable ROM from the official website, and the bug is gone, so I still think the bug is in the 9.1.3 update. Will try installing the 8.12.27 update, and see if that works as intended.
