New After latest update, I have lost sending or receiving pictures in texts

Xiaomi 12s pro unicorn_v14.0.11.0.tlecnxm_v14-13
Stock Messaging app, google and others. tried 3 others as well.
After i installed this update, i can no longer get pictures sent or receive in texts.
any fix for this?

I have now switched carriers with new sim card and still cannot send or receive pictures while texting. I just finished wiping phone completely and still no pictures texting. I put my sim card into my old phone and tried sending text with a picture and i got my wife to send a picture to me and they both worked in my old phone. I put sim back in my new phone (Xiaomi 12s pro) and it doesn't work. Any help would be appreciated
