Anyone Using Fongo? Keeps Disconnecting

Hi all. I am located in Canada, using Fongo with Redmi Note 3 Pro Prime. I have no problem logging in, but have trouble keeping it logged in. It will show as connected, and then minutes later shows connection fail or fail to authenticate. When I click to retry, it will log me in once again.

I am using Mexico as my location (Canada is not on the list). Using MIUI Global 7.5 Stable 7.5.3.0 (LHOMIDE). I have Fido Flex Data Plan. It disconnects when I'm using either data or wifi. I have a OnePlus with the same wifi and data connection and have no trouble connecting.

Any suggestions? Thanks!

Hi Joe... I have found myself in EXACTLY the same boat as you are in - It doesn't matter if I am on Wifi or my Fido data plan, I keep getting a disconnect - did you ever find a solution?
