New App Messaging not Sync Mi Cloud

Anyone facyng problem with syncing app messaging with Mi Cloud? I have my messages on Mi Cloud but when I do sync it dont do it.
I have last beta on Mi 9T

Fresh install of latest beta miui 11, and messages stored in cloud but not syncing back to my phone, also WhatsApp stuck at Checking backup page (see attachment)
