Applications fail to launch in folder after update

What's been happening but I neglected to report is the Folder bug. Say you put App1, App2, and App3 in Folder 1, if you update App1 and then try to launch App1 from Folder1, App2 will launch instead. Now inside the folder, it will still show App1, App2, App3, but when you launch it's actually App2, App3, App1. I'm really hoping I'm not the only one getting this, can someone else please confirm?

i had this too, each time you update an app thats in a folder, a reboot fixes it.

but i thought it was different, always thought the last (or first ) app was "un-launchable"
