On Note 5 pro global, and latest image, i have the problem, that apps like whatsapp or one from my doorbell getting closed or kind of hibernate even everything related to energy saving in the app information is turned off. Any idea?

Same here. After I've updated from Oreo beta ROM to Pie beta (Full Wipe, even Formatting DATA), my apps are hibernating in the background despite the energy saving setting is set to off for these apps. For example my Alarm (I'm using AMDroid application) sometimes not going off at morning since Pie update, so be careful!
Is this fixed in latest Version? Just one reply from an admin would be really nice, as this is not just a cosmetic bug in my opinion.

We're unable to reproduce the issue, and even if we could - it's random nature would make it hard to track down. Since we don't touch any of this, it's unlikely that this is our issue, but rather an official MIUI issue.
Thanks alot for your work and the responce. As it happens now with another pie rom after update (revos) i guess its a bug inside the original xiaomi rom, will have to wait, maybe its something hardware related to my phone but as it did not do this in older versions i dunno.
