Are notifications working like global on xiaomi.eu?

So i understand xiaomi.eu is based on chinese roms. But notifications are working normally? Or do i have to put every app in no battery restrictions in order to get notifications?

On a side note im curious how battery is doing between xiaomi.eu, global and china roms.

And for roms based on china, how are notifications? Can they be same as global roms or are they limited like the china rom?

Supposedly the same regardless of ROM base, because all of our ROMs are marked as a Global ROM.
