Auto Startup Apps not showing on Notification Bar

Has anyone managed to solve this issue? I had tried many of the Auto Startup apps on Play Store. Most if not all, does show that the apps that I want to auto start and show in notification bar are already set to Boot and Auto start. Out of these, two apps were able to start and show in the notification bar but not the rest.

as written in another thread auto starting apps/widgets is only possible atm with system apps ;
transform the apps you're interested into system apps via titanium or rom toolbox and t them to auto start

In MIUI 6 beta, 4.9.16 onwards, auto apps starting is working.
