Backup and Restore

Hello,
I would like to change my original Xiaomi-Bios with EU-Bios.
My android isnt rooted.
How can I make a backup of all my apps and settings of these apps (withouht Swift Backup - not rooted), so if I start with EU-Bios I can restore all Apps and Settings?

As far as I know, it is not a good idea to restore data between different ROMs.

Well, I have a huge number of Apps, all trimed for my daily use.
So all thoese tuning and chosen options should be transfered from original Bios to EU-Bios.
Not the cahce, not the data, but all options.
Google does it with a lot of apps, but not all....
So anyone who knows a good solution to move to EU-Bios without loosing all options of all apps....
