New Bad update

So about a week ago i updated to miui 12.0.1.0 and i also got android 11 with that but this update is bad,when i watch a YouTube video in 60 fps the video is ok but like i drag down the notifications bar and the animation is laggy and more and if i pause the video it's ok also I don't get YouTube notifications anymore and i checked but they are all on,also the phone In general is sometimes laggy,i have a Redmi note 9,is there a fix or something?

You are not at the right forum to have your issue well ,handled.
Xiaomi EU support its own custom rom but not the stock one.
Xiaomi EU do not build rom for MediaTek Helio G85 rom your phone is made with.
