Battery Drain after MIUI 11 update; google play service cache delete not help

Getting crazy battery drain after the last MIUI11 update.

My android system battery drain is at 50%.

I tried the solution that's on xda and china xiaomi forum of deleting the cache and data of Google Play Services and then reboot. But that hasn't helped.

Anyone with other ideas?
