New Battery/Performance error

My device is a Redmi Note 9 Pro 5G (Gauguin).
Been using weekly for over a year without any issues.
Yesterday updated to 22.8.31.
Since then been getting pop-ups every 1 or 2 minutes with every app I use.
Reflashed the ROM, still the same problem.
Please help.

try clear data of PowerKeeper (Battery and performance) app..

I cleared all data and same msgs appear.
Then I factory reset and reflash the ROM.
Pop-ups still the same even with standard installation without any additional apps.
