New Black notification bar when the screen is locked

Hi, I have the Xiaomi Mi 9 and when I lock the screen, the notification bar goes black a second before the screen turns off. It is not something that influences performance or use or anything, but aesthetically it is not pretty. I have noticed that it happens when you have the fingerprint activated, if you remove it it does not happen.
