Bluetooth Not Working!

This morning i have big problem with Bluetooth, it doesn't start again!
I have rebooted the phone (leo, 7.9.21 developer), without any success!
Suggestion?

No bluetooth address, also with 7.10.12!
Could be a hardware problem or i can try a software solution?
